If you are not satisfied with an item, you can return it within the return period of 14 days. SALE items can not be returned. Pierced jewellery can not be returned for reasons of hygiene. Please make sure your items are returned new, unused, in their original packaging and with all tags still attached. Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted.
To successfully complete the return process, please follow the instructions on our return form. Print out and fill in our return form, which you can find below. You will need to pay all return postage costs, unless agreed otherwise due to the nature of your complaint. Please note that all returned items have to be sent back in one package. We advise you to sent back the package with registered mail. The customer remains fully responsible for any packages returned until they are received by Felice Home of Brands. In case goods are used, worn, damaged, incomplete or are not send back in their original packaging Felice Home of Brands is not obliged to take back the item.

We only offer refunds online. If you would like to exchange an item then we advise you to return the unwanted item and make a new order for the item you prefer. Of course you can always come to the store to return the unwanted item and exchange it for the item you prefer. To make sure the item you prefer is in stock, we advise you to contact our staff via info@felicehomeofbrands or +31 (0)20 774 0607.
Up to 14 working days may pass between the receipt of the return and the refund procedure. The time period depends upon your particular payment. Once your order has been processed your will receive an email confirmation of your return. The amount will be refunded on the account of your original payment method.
What about import costs?
There are no import fees for European countries. Please inform yourself on your countries import policies. We try our best to minimize any possible fees.

We accept iDeal, PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, bank transfers and Maestro. All credit/debit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorization by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorize payment to Felice Home of Brands, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.
We take reasonable care to make our website secure. All credit/debit card transactions on this site are processed using Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard, a secure online payment gateway that encrypts your card details in a secure host environment.
Damaged/ Misshipped Items
In the unlikely event that you have received an incorrect order or a defective item, please contact us immediately by phone or email. We will take back the item, exchange it against a new one or credit you the purchase price and sales tax.
We offer a flexible returns policy to make your online shopping experience easier. We do monitor the number of returns made by customers, and continued returns will be flagged and potentially refused at our discretion or lead to the closure of your Felice Home of Brands account.
Your purchase should be sent back to us within the 14 days of receiving your order. Returns outside of this period are accepted at the discretion of Felice Home of Brands.
Goods are classified as faulty if they are received damaged, or where a manufacturing fault occurs within six months of purchase. Items that are damaged as a result of normal wear and tear are not considered to be faulty. If your item is faulty when you receive it, you can return it for a refund.
We have made every effort to display the colors of our products that appear on our website as accurately as possible. However, as computer monitors, tablets and mobile devices vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of a color will be completely accurate.
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability, and items in your shopping basket are not reserved and may be purchased by other customers.
Acceptance of your order
Once you have made your choice and your order has been placed, you will receive an email acknowledging the details of your order.
Unless you cancel your order, acceptance of your order and the contract between you and Felice Home of Brands will be completed when we email you to confirm the goods have been dispatched.
We reserve the right not to accept your order in the event, for example, that we are unable to obtain authorization for payment, that shipping restrictions apply to a particular item, that the item ordered is out of stock or does not satisfy our quality control standards and is withdrawn.
We may also refuse to process and therefore accept a transaction for any reason or refuse service to anyone at any time at our sole discretion. We will not be liable to you or any third party by reason of our withdrawing any merchandise from the website whether or not that merchandise has been sold, removing, screening or editing any materials or content on the website, refusing to process a transaction or unwinding or suspending any transaction after processing has begun.
Whilst every effort is made to make sure details on our website are accurate, we may from time to time discover an error in the pricing of products. If we discover an error in the pricing of a product in your order, we will let you know as soon as possible. We shall be under no obligation to accept or fulfil an order for a product that was advertised at an incorrect price and reserve the right to cancel such an order that has been accepted or is in transit. If you order a product that is priced incorrectly for any reason, we will email or telephone you to inform you that we have not accepted your order and/or that the relevant part of your order has been cancelled. If you have already paid for the goods, we shall refund the full amount as soon as we are able. In the event that products are recalled in transit, we will process your refund once the products have been returned to us.
